Return Policy

Animosity gladly accepts the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 21 days of invoice generated date, minus shipping and handling.

Hats, Promo Items, Swimwear, Lingerie and Clearance items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If you are not fully satisfied contact us at animosityfmx@yahoo.com to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back or refunded. All return packages must be returned pre paid. We will not accept COD deliveries.
